The Flow-Tek research and development system based on modern technique and professionally managed work-shop with team of technically qualified persons in the relevant field under the mentorship of Mr. K.B. Patel (Proprietor) of this company having expertise and experience of more than two decades in automation of valves, marketed exclusively by applied methods and systems in an integrated source of information based on ISO 9001:2000, IBR & MOC norms for quality, safety and supply chain management.
The Flow-Tek research and development systems provided Flow-Tek Valves & Controls with most of its fiscal 2004 revenue, and remains an important tool in its valve automation research efforts.

Flow-Tek Valves & Controls is a Proprietorship company incorporated by Mr. K.B. Patel in the month of December 2000. 

In the fiscal 1995 it was after the name of Venus Industries, following a re-capitalization Flow-Tek Valves & Control created two places of common stock referred to as "Tracking Stocks". Tracking Stocks is a class of stock of organization intended to track or reflect the performance of a specific business within organization.
