Slow-Acting fucntion Due to the weight out side the valve engae with Lever and connected with Hydraulic Cylinder, this will help to closes at a slower rate than Normal Swing check valves,and due to that it reducing pressure surges and protecting the piping system from damage caused by sudden closures.
This valve is use Commonly in pump discharge lines, water systems, or systems with high flow rates where water hammer could cause significant damage.
By hydraulic cylinder you can increse and decrease the speed of Opening and closing of Disc in side valve.
